I have a BSc (Hons)in Psychology, and I am currently studying a MSc in Counselling Children and Young People. I am a fully trained integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist, which means I can use a variety of different approaches within the therapy room to help you.
This means the sessions can be approached using ‘Person Centred’, ‘Psychodynamic’, ‘CBT’ and ‘Existential’ therapies, whichever is best suited to your needs.
I hold a diploma from Bedfordshire Centre for Therapeutic Studies, and I am registered with the BACP.
I have an online qualification recognised by ACTO and NCS and I have completed further studies in Drawing and Talking. I am currently working as a School Counsellor and have experience working as a Counselling Lecturer, Collage Counsellor and Prison Counsellor . I have various diplomas in complementary therapies such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Massage and Reiki which have helped me understand the relationship between the body, mind, and spirit and how trauma is retained in the body as ailments.
